Barb May knows her hearing aids!. She found the correct hearing aids to fit my father’s specific needs. Additionally Barb was also extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous to all of us. On an odd note, I really appreciated how she maintained eye contact and directed her conversation primarily to my father…. It seems so many healthy professionals tend to speak to the Adult children as if the elderly patient wasn’t even there whether the patient is extremely cognitive or not. That was wonderful for her to be so respectful to my father. The hearing aid technology had gone beyond science fiction now, and allows a client to hear and be a integral part of life again. Very pleased.
