I have been working as a country expert for Optimus Law and must say the way how I was treated after I submitted my final report was appalling. I did not receive payment for my report and over many months my requests via mail and phone were not answered. The head, Robina Shah, actully lied to me about making the money the transfer "tomorrow" several times, without results. I never had such an experience with any other UK-based law firm.
