One of my prints was duplicated, and one wasn't printed at all. Having spent almost £180, I was disappointed when I was asked to a: return the duplicate at my expense, b: prove that I had destroyed the duplicate (!), c: pay £9.99 for Orbit to print the correct image. This was an error made by Orbit, yet they expect the customer to pay for their mistakes. Not at all what I would expect from a professional or high quality company. I am rather disappointed and will be very reluctant to risk using Orbit again.
