I ordered from their website over 30 days ago and have reached out to Customer Support via phone and email on several occasions. Product has yet to arrive and no one has bothered to reach out to let me know the status of shipment. Not a fan of writing bad reviews, however, when paying for a product you should at least receive most basic service; especially when said product is currently MIA.
