My formula can was largely dented. I emailed, sent a photo and expressed my co cents only to be met with, "It's okay to use..." The whole reason I wanted to use this formula is because I'm very selective and this experience just left a really bad taste in my mouth. I won't be returning, and I'll be telling friends about my experience. It's really a shame too, the product is so great.
