Before I discovered them, I had ordered from at least 3 different companies and was not impressed… Organic Life starts customer service is UNBEATABLE. Incredible. They return emails almost immediately. I’m less than 15 min sometimes. I had dosage questions and they sent over very simple and easy to underused instructions. During this formula shortage they not only offered to add you to a priority waitlist, but they also sent an email as SOON as they got a shipment in and reserved however many units you requested. They also offered an alternative option that was very similar to the formula I use, that they had in stock. They are literally lifesavers. But best of all… their shipping speeds are LIGHTNING fast. The formula I order comes from Germany, and it arrives in Florida in anywhere from 2 to 3 days max! Look no further if you are trying to decide where to order your formula from :) they are the BEST.
