I received a dented formula can in my first shipment: I was told it was ok to use, but that is a common ‘no no’ in the US and I did not feel comfortable using the product from that can. The return process was exhausting and led to the back and forth of 29+ emails over a 2 day timeframe. I was unable to return the product, get credit for the product, etc despite my claim and supported photos. I was offered a 10% discount multiple times ($3-$4), which I explained was not sufficient for a product I would not use. Ultimately I was fully reimbursed for the damages product after requesting management assistance, however, it never should have been such a struggle. As a result, I will not be ordering from here again or recommending it to others.-
