I made a mistake in ordering a pack of 6 with the wrong formula ( needed goat stage 2 & ordered standard stage 2 milk ). Once I realized my mistake, I emailed my concern and received a very quick response and the matter was corrected in 24hrs. My package arrived 2 days later.
