I love the formula we chose but in our first order we recieved a can that had a dent in it. When we reached out to customer service, they asked for a picture of the box to see if the carrier damaged the product. My husband had thrown away the box but the box itself was in great condition so it had to be packaged that way.
Either way, I would have noted the box damage to the carrier. I'm hoping in my next order there isn't another damaged can.
