This place reeks of cash flow problems. My order was for approx $350 of formula - after no shipping update for over a week I reached out and they said their warehouse had a technical difficulty and did not get the order, and that there was no estimate as to when this would be resolved. I requested to cancel so that I could order elsewhere - everyday for a week they told me that they couldn’t cancel the order nor refund me until the warehouse glitch was resolved. I disputed my cc charge and the company reached out asking me to cancel that dispute and they would refund me- but only when the order was received by warehouse? Go somewhere else, this place isn’t honest and isnt able to fulfill its orders.
