I ordered 2kg of the char grilled chilli bbq. The order took 2 week's to arrive, when it did the package was in a damaged state, the smaller packets had burst, jerky all over the place, a bloody mess. In regards to the jerky I found it to be inconsistent in taste and texture, tasteless on occasions, oily and other pieces full of flavour? I found it to be hit and miss, and why are the pieces so small, mainly tiny pieces and crumbs, why can't we have larger uniform pieces? On the whole I am very disappointed with the quality and the lack of customer service. Based on my experience I won't be purchasing from this vendor again.
