Unfortunate that the customer service experience was so poor, as the product itself once it finally arrived was alright. Regardless of postage delays, our order took almost a week to be shipped, this processing time should be outlined on the website or in the order confirmation email that is sent. All communication was ignored until after the product finally arrived 9 days later. Even then, the reply received wasn’t one that would encourage me to recommend or repeat purchase from this company. Less than pleasant experience overall for a product that didn’t wow us.
