Nice dry beef with good chew. Only complaint (hard to flaw) is the lower heat scale (less than 3) don’t have much flavour eg bourbon bbq and the honey drizzle. Anything above 3 I find had good heat and good flavour. Gunpowder was an awesomely different taste, and Rajun Cajun was brilliant.
