Im not giving 1 star because the product isnt good I have yet to try it I placed my order 2 months ago after 3 weeks I contacted your company to see if my product had been shipped. 4 days later i received an email indicating that I needed to add a phone number. If thatr info was so important to shipping why did you not let me know right away ? that could have been part of the shipping process by not allowing me to place the order until the form was complete. it was shipped on the 18th of December and now all flights are suspended to the states for 2 months or longer. Im aware that covid 19 is not your fault however I dont see the point of holding up a shipment without a phone number and waiting for me to contact you before acting on it.
