I buy my beef jerky from Darren who makes it himself, (by word of mouth, he sends it interstate) though I try new brands when available, nothing comes close to his. He only does mild and hot, nothing I have found comes close to his serious drinking jerky. Spice, salt and heat, without any sweetness, perfect balance, you should try some.
