The Reaper was of the heat that I expected which was great. The texture was a little drier than I make but that is probably required for commercial standards. Packaging was classy. My only big issue is that this 100% grass fed beef is dosed with flavour enhancer 621 (MSG). 7th ingredient from the end so a fair wack of it. Would like it without.
