I feel bad saying this but out of all the jerky’s I’ve tried yours had the least flavour. The taste reminded me of tinned spaghetti bolgnaise, I’ve been smoking meat for around 7 years so I know the taste of smoky bbq, your smoky bbq flavour was 0 in comparison. Maybe go and try some smoky bbq meat and then try your jerky, make up your own mind. Sorry for the negative feedback, I hope it helps.
