Absolutely loved the texture of the jerky, it was the tough dry chew that we had been looking for in jerky. We just found that the jerky lacked flavour unfortunately. We tried salt and vinegar, honey soy drizzle and bourbon bbq among others and they were by far the least flavoured unfortunately. Chilli lime definitely had the most flavour and therefore the most enjoyable.
