I purchased a trucker hat and stubby cooler after watching a video by Isaac Butterfield. I received the cooler in a few days but the hat was missing and I was charged for both items. I tried contacting Beef chief using the contact page on their website twice but no one has gotten back to me. A good cause ruined by dodgy customer service.
