I didn't get a tracking number for weeks and weeks and when the jerky finally came they were in a lost of individual packets instead of the ones shown on the website. I also contacted a member from beef chief jerky about some of the packets already being open due to poor heat sealing. The team member didn't believe me and asked for proof and when I provided proof he ghosted me and I haven't got an email in 2 weeks. P.s the jerky isn't that tasty
