Lack of communication (didn’t respond to an email I sent following up on the order) and order didn’t ship for around three weeks. A letter was included saying they were busy and if you don’t like it that orders were delayed and if you don’t want to order for us again then oh well. That and our order which was meant to be 8 x 250 gram bags ended up with 6 x 250g bags and a bunch of 30g bags that were all pretty much off cuts and not worth it.
