I was anticipating something bold in flavour and moist and chewy like I have experienced with Beef Jerkey both here and in Texas USA when I was living there. I purchased both the smokey and cajun based products, and found them (well at least the smokey) to be quite dry and to be honest the flavour was quite absent. I usually do not like giving bad feedback, yet I feel that there are some key elements that people love about beef jerkey that was not so evident with your product. Attached the photo of the packs where we have not opened given the first bag was not enjoyed by myself or the broader family, and we probably will end up disposing of the bags without eating. I am happy to provide feedback to help the product improve if there has been similar feedback.
