As far as comfort, the slippers that I got to alleviate my plantar fasciitis are among the most comfortable I've ever owned. They are truly like walking on a cloud.
As far a customer service, it took a couple of times (and one instance of rude treatment by Zack) before I finally found a wonderful supervisor named Chris who got my order right.
