I agree with other poster. These bad reviews are about orthoFIT, not the orthoFEET website. Orthofit is a scam of gigantic proportions. The website is www.theorthofit.com. The shoes are cheap, stinky, plastic, & you can't return them without spending more than the shoes cost. You have to return them to CHINA and I don't know if you would get a refund even then.
