On my first day to wear my new shoes, I saw that the bottom was pretty hard, but proceeded to wear. I walked outside to go to work and rolled my foot in them, very painful. So I took them off, and put them in my closet waiting for my foot to heal to try them again. I still have problems with my foot today. Anyway, time passed and I forgot about the shoes. I reached out to Orthofeet for a refund, and as I thought they said my 60 days was past. My argument was that the website states 60 day wear refund, I wore them 1 hour. Website also says, walk comfortable or well refund your money. All this is stated on the website, but CS says no way I'm getting a refund. I set out to wear the shoes, not have to deal with this.
