I ordered two pairs of the same style of shoe just in different colors. The day after receiving my sandals, I decided the sandal was not correct for my feet. I wanted to exchange them for a different style. Each pair of my sandals cost $110. However, they were on sale which made them ineligible for returns. The advertising for these shoes were “easy returns”. I did not see anywhere that sale items were not included. I will not order from Orthofeet again, because without the ability to try on the shoes before purchasing, I have no idea if they will work for me. I feel as if their return policy is false advertising.
