Orthofeet shoes for my husband.The size was to loose so decided to return for 1/2 size smaller and chose to use QR code for return,had trouble finding code and called customer service.The woman who answered the call said it would be in my husband’s email asked her to wait and I’d see if it was in my husband’s email she started to talk over me and giving me a hard time. She finally said to go ahead and look in email and I did .Email was there told her so and she changed her attitude being nice. Her attitude was uncalled for and disrespectful. Customer service needs to learn how to treat customers.
