I reported outsole severe wear at 3 months, Nike and new Balance last me 2 or more years. Per Orthofeet support, 3 months longevity of their shoe is apparently "good enough". From the top they look brand new, from the bottom they look 2 years old.

"Orthofeet has a 6-month policy which protects against manufacturer defects. At this time it has been determined that the shoe are showing normal wear and tear based on the information you provided. The lifetime expectancy of Footwear depends on many factors including activity level, body weight, occupation, etc. and can vary from several months to more than a year."
