I'm very pleased with my water filter, it looks beautiful, was delivered the next day, well packaged and carefully handled by the driver. I noticed a problem with the lid the next dayi sent an email and picture in the later afternoon and received a reply the same evening, the replacement was with me within 2 working days. A friend was so impressed she order one as well.
