Oubita really looks like a scam. The CEO of this exchange company is the same as of other verified crypto scam business, like mineroo.io, Redbag technologies, Blockinvest or Cryptofinancial Life. The name of the scamer is Sergio Gualix Piris, from Madrid. Be aware of he and keep yourself and your money far from him.
