They took $600 of my money for ammo they did not have in stock and did not notify me. In fact, the status said that the items I ordered had shipped. After not arriving, I inquired with the courier's tracking number and they indicated that Outdoor Limited had only created a label and that the items had not been delivered to a distribution center for delivery. I inquired to Outdoor Limited customer service by phone and by email and there was no response for several days. I then contacted my credit card company and filed a charge dispute. Then and only then was I able to get a response and a refund with an apology from Outdoor Limited.
