Order was delayed for weeks, which was understandable, but my credit card was charged the instant my order was placed, which is not acceptable. Then, I had checked their website for an update on my order and it showed that it was "ready for picking" from their warehouse, but for another two days it sat idle. Only when I called to inquire about this, was it actually shipped - and I had to wait over 25 minutes on hold to speak with an agent. I ill not be ordering from them again unless they are the last resport
