I got an Email about some problem with the inventory control system. No, not these days.....should never be a case where the online inventory shows of dozens and dozens of boxes available that amazingly become non-existent several days after the order is confirmed. A simple refund fell way short. Should have been something like "you will be among the first to be notified when we get re-supplied, we'll set aside the equivalent of your unfilled order, and we'll give you the first box at no cost". Or 1/2 off, or whatever. Something.
