I purchased a rather large order of Ammunition from Outdoor Limited back on 11/03/2020, several boxes of 9mm Luger, several boxes of 5.56x45, and several boxes of .40 S&W, spending nearly $865 in all. I never received the Ammo I ordered due to the shipping company (Fed Ex) damaging the order in route. Fed Ex returned the package to sender, which arrived back at Outdoor Limited on Nov 8th. When I had no correspondence about the order by Nov 10th, I called and left a message asking what's being done about my order, they replied with an email (within an hour) from a woman named Sarah, stating that she would notify the shipping manager about processing my refund. Its now Nov 22, 2020 and I still have not received my refund, or the ammunition I had originally ordered...but Outdoor Limited made sure to take the time to send me an email, asking me to rate my experience with their Company...so far I'm not impressed whatsoever...I understand shipping companies damaging orders, and an order needing to be returned to sender due to said damage...what I don't understand is why I had to be the one to initiate contact on the returned order to check on its status instead of the company contacting me, which by the way, the company has yet to contact in any way aside from that initial email from Sarah stating that she would notify the shipping manager to process my refund, after I had called them first...what I don't understand is why it has taken another 12 days and counting, to process a refund that should have taken 5 minutes to process...Your lack of communication with me the customer, your obvious poor communication within your company to facilitate taking care of a customer's concern on an order, and your obvious inability to handle something as simple as processing a refund, are why you are receiving a rating of VERY POOR from me. I will not be using your company in the future for any purchases. **Update** In response to your Reply David, we waited 6 days (from the day of the Email Sarah sent on Nov 10) for the Refund, or some kind of correspondence from Outdoor Limited, and heard NOTHING, NADA, ZIPOLA from anyone, and still NO REFUND...thats 13 days (from time of purchase) Outdoor Limited held onto my money without supplying the merchandise purchased, or contacting me in any way to let me know if or when my refund was going to be processed...so on Nov 16 I contacted my Credit Card Company and filed a dispute, at which time the Credit Card Company contacted Outdoor Limited, notifying you of said dispute...a dispute which your Company has yet to respond to as of my writing this review today (Nov 22 2020)...The Credit Card Company has not refunded the money I spent, there is a "conditional credit" on my account, until the dispute is rectified and settled, which there is a waiting period up to January 10th 2021 for Outdoor Limited to respond...Once again I state for the record, Your Company either has PISS POOR communication protocols in place for this kind of situation, or your Company doesn't care enough about its customers to take care of the customer properly to begin with.
