The product arrived in excellent condition as promised. Ease of ordering was typical for online purchases and the time the article was in the possession of FedEx was typical. The reason for only a 3-star rating is two-fold. First, the item was advertised as "in stock." However, it took 16 days from order receipt to order shipped. I understand the lag-time created by the virus, but 16 days is still too long to ship something that's in stock. Evidence of this charge is that I ordered an additional item that was advertised as "in stock," and it shipped the day following the date order was placed. When it takes this long it implies, at least to me, that the item was not in stock and either was on backorder or was ordered from the supplier after my order was placed. The second reason is that my credit card was charged on the day I placed the order and not on the day it shipped. That's acceptable when the overall time frame is shorter. However, once again, putting a charge through on a credit card, in addition to an extra-long time to ship implies that the company is cash-flowing their business on prepaid items that are not transferred in a timely manner. Unfortunately, this practice affects my basis for credit rating and costs me additional dollars in interest. Hopefully, in the future, these concerns will be addressed by the company.
