I placed my order at 4:46pm ET, which is 14 min before close. I requested my order be cancelled the next morning at 9:45pm ET. I received a response from customer service two hours later explaining to me that I would had to cancel within the same business day. This would mean I would have 14 min to cancel my order. Most companies with proper customer service give 24 hours to cancel. Outdoor Limited have lost a customer for life and I will spread the word not to order from them. Terrible company with even worse customer service.
