Very disappointing so far. Wait the 5-7 days for item to ship, final seen item shipped only to find out it was lost . I was than told I would have to wait another 14 days while a claim was being disputed with shipping company which will not be finished until December 4 . I am a first time customer how do you think I should review your company a this point.
