With ammo being in short supply I used OL to purchase .22LR. To be fair the website mentions that it may take 5 to 7 days to ship. After about 4 days I found ammo locally for a much better price and tried to call the customer service phone number and that was not answered. Then sent an email the following day to request them to cancel my order. No answer to email either, but the following day I logged back in to the website and found that they shipped it that day. So as far as the 3 stars - the ammo arrived, which is why I gave a review of 3 stars. But I wouldn't make another purchase from OL due to poor customer service.
