I never received my item which was placed on November 9. I paid 25 for them, 13 for shipping and 3$tax. I need the refund. Someone already opened a case pertaining to not receiving an item. So that’s why I gave Ourdoor Limited a horrible review. I’m sLeo contacting the Better Business Bureau about your extreme lack of costumer service and refusal to rebate my money or send the item. I’m highly disappointed in Outdoor Limited.
