I ordered this three weeks ago and have still not received it. When I inquired about it the first time they said that I would have to wait for a week before they could ask fedex to look into it. The second time I inquired (a week later) they said they would ask fedex to trace it to find out if it is lost or stolen. The third time I contacted them to see what progress has been made and at that time they said that they would have to wait 12 days then would issue a refund. So at this point over three weeks later I still have no product and have no money to replace it until almost another to weeks at which time I will have to order again (will absolutely be from somewhere else) and wait for that order to ship. This situation happened with another company and the first time I contacted them to let them know I had not received the items they immediately contacted fedex then got back with me and let me know they would ship out another order which they did that day and it arrived the next day. That is how costumer service is done!
