I placed an order on November 17th. When I had not heard anything, I sent a message on nov 24 to ask about the status of my order being marked as "waiting customer response" I finally received a message back 3 days later on the 27 that stated they needed ID because my order was so big and they had sent 2 emails. I had never received any emails and in my opinion if I order 1 bullet or a million you should either require id at the time of purchase or not. At this time I requested to cancel my order. A week later, on Dec 3, my request to cancel my order was not even acknowledged. So I decided to send my ID. Got a response within an hour asking if I still wanted my order. My order Shipped on dec 4. And finally got my order yesterday (dec 8). Received an email on Dec 7 asking me to review my order...how can I do that if I haven't received my product...very poor customer service but eventually got everything I ordered
