Huge waste of time. Time is money and this mishap ended up costing me both. I ordered from 2 different retailers on the same day, similar items, quantity and in stock at the time of purchase. Despite getting a wrong shipment from the distributor, the other site contacted me, worked out a suitable replacement and had the order shipped. This all happened before Outdoor Limited even finished processing my order, which ended up being a completely wrong product, no offer of an exchange even while similar items were in stock while I was messaging customer service and never heard back from them, then was a pain to ship back and took over a week from being signed for by Outdoor Limited to process the refund. All in all, tied up my money for over a month for absolutely nothing. Not even a discount on a future purchase for wasting my time while ammo prices just keep going up or to keep a returning customer. I'll be telling everyone I can to avoid purchasing here if at all possible. Mistakes happen but how it was handled was the cause of this review.
