They did most things okay. However they shipped with UPS who delivered to wrong address. From that point on their customer service was a disaster. No help. Kind of tough luck to me. Finally it was shipped back to Outdoor Limited. They refunded me only the price of the item. It would seem that as a company they would have done better. So beware if you have issues.
