I have ordered from you several times and everything was perfect until this last order - #1067799 that I placed on December 10th, 2020. I never did receive this order although your status indicates it was shipped. I was given a FedEx number but when I check their status of the shipment they indicated they never received the package from you(Outdoor Limited). I did write to customer service just recently but have not heard back yet.
