It took a very long time to ship even though my card was charged immediately. Then it took even longer to receive it even though I had paid a premium for shipping. I ordered a similar item from another vendor that was farther away from me two days after I placed this order with Outdoor Limited, paid the same for shipping as I paid with Outdoor Limited and received it days before Outdoor Limited even shipped this order. I know our government has shamefully made a huge mess of things this year for small businesses and I feel for all of them, but that's not an excuse for poor performance. Some are able to step up and take care of business as my example here clearly shows, but some like Outdoor Limited are not.
