I ordered 2 boxes of Maxxtech 9mm ammunition and 1 box of Norma .45 auto ammunition, I also paid for 3 items plus shipping. I received ONE box of the Maxxtech only, yet the shipping label was for the weight of the 3 items. A claim was filed, along with a phone call, immediately after opening the package. A response email was received 5 days later and a partial refund was given a few days later. I understand that ammunition is in short supply but to save the hassle, and reduce tensions, communication is essential when there is an issue at any point between point of sale and receiving products. At minimum, a tracking number should be provided within 24 hours of sale.
