A large order was purchased and charged/paid for and never arrived. They are difficult to resolve when shipments do not arrive; they make the purchasor wait at least 15 days past the date of filing a shipping case, however, they would not provide the shipping case number either. Will not purchase from them in the future. Poor customer service and poor lost shipment managing.
