Been buying stuff for a while now and every time I order the waiting gets longer for the package to come. This time it didn’t show up at all. I contacted OL after 2 1/2 weeks of waiting and they said the package was lost or stolen. After 15 days of a investigation they will let me know if I get a refund. I don’t get why they can’t just resend the order if they do find out it was actually stolen or lost. I want what I ordered.
