horrendous customer service and ridiculously slow shipping and even when they say they shipped they haven't. Still had to wait an additional 4 days to even get a valid tracking number. That's after waiting two weeks for shipping. Always blame covid but other companies I order from only experience a slight delay. Will NOT order from them again. There are a ton of other companies that care.
