Ridiculous that a customer receives a $500 order without a potential "fraud" check but when a $2,000 order is placed potential fraud becomes a concern and additional information is required to validate the order.
If fraud is that big of a concern why is a validation step not added a checkout? Honestly when the shipping address and CC billing address are a match I'm not sure why the order is considered fraudulent.
Bottom line you lost a customer.
